Angott Search Group is partnering with a well-established West Michigan bank in the search for a Senior Treasury Management Sales Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a senior-level capacity, providing guidance and mentorship to two Treasury Management Sales Officers while playing a meaningful role in the bank’s continued growth across West Michigan.

The Senior Treasury Management Sales Officer will work with businesses ranging from growing small and middle-market companies to highly sophisticated organizations, including publicly traded companies. This role offers the opportunity to leverage a strong suite of treasury management capabilities while helping clients identify solutions that support their evolving financial needs.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and expand relationships with commercial clients through treasury management solutions.

Partner with businesses of varying sizes and levels of treasury sophistication.

Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and generate new business.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients with complex treasury management needs.

Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to two Treasury Management Sales Officers.

Collaborate with commercial bankers and other internal partners to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Help drive the bank’s treasury management growth strategy throughout West Michigan.





Evaluate client needs and recommend customized cash management, payment, liquidity, and other treasury solutions.

Build long‑term relationships with business owners, CFOs, treasurers, and other key decision-makers.

Serve as a senior resource for complex treasury management opportunities and client relationships.

What You Bring:

At least 3-5 years of dedicated treasury management sales experience.

Proven experience as a Treasury Management Sales Officer.

Experience working with clients with sophisticated and complex treasury management needs.

Solid understanding of treasury management products, services, and solutions.
Demonstrated success in business development and relationship expansion.

Ability to work effectively with businesses ranging from smaller commercial clients to large, sophisticated organizations.

Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Leadership experience or the ability to effectively mentor and develop other Treasury Management professionals.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively across a banking organization.

Location:
The ideal candidate can be based in Holland or Grand Rapids, Michigan, with Kalamazoo considered as a secondary location.
