We’re your friendly neighbourhood grocery store, and our bakery is the heart (and best-smelling part!) of the building. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Baker who loves early mornings, hands-on craft, and the magic that happens when flour, water, and skill come together.

A bit about the job:

- Craft consistent, high-quality breads and pastries our customers rave about

- Own the daily production process — mixing, scaling, shaping, baking

- Keep production on track and the ovens humming on schedule

- Maintain top-notch quality standards and troubleshoot like a pro

- Help manage ingredient ordering and inventory

- Keep the bakery clean, safe, and beautifully organized

- Support and mentor junior team members

- Get creative — help develop and test new products

- Lift up to 60 lbs. and stay energized on your feet throughout your shift

- Work full-time hours, Tuesday through Saturday

What we’re looking for:

- Red Seal Baker certification or 3 years’ equivalent experience

- Strong production baking skills and serious attention to detail

- A dependable, positive team player who shows up ready to roll

- Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs. and working on your feet

- Eligible to work in Canada
