This field-based role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment, with a solid emphasis on safety, reliability, and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform field repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on construction and forestry equipmentTroubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, powertrain, and drivetrain systemsService equipment from major OEMs (e.G., John Deere, Hitachi, Komatsu,



CAT-equivalent systems)Work independently at customer sites while adhering to safety and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with customers and internal service teamsComplete service documentation, inspections, and work orders accuratelyRequired QualificationsJourneyman Heavy Equipment Technician / Red Seal (RSE) requiredProven field service experience with construction and/or forestry equipmentStrong technical background in hydraulics, engines, transmissions, and electrical systemsWilling and able to travel to customer sites within the Red Deer and Grande Prairie/Clairmont regionsValid driver's license and clean driving recordSelf-motivated, dependable, and customer-focusedPreferred ExperiencePrior field-based technician experience (vs. shop-only)OEM experience with construction or forestry equipmentComfortable working independently in remote or rural environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
