The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to drive innovation and excellence within our engineering discipline.ResponsibilitiesServe as a player-coach to develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable full-stack applications using cutting-edge technologies that enable other development teams.Lead the design and implementation of software solutions, adhering to best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the quality and reliability of the software through effective testing methodologies, including unit testing and automated testing platforms.Lead the release process for our main web application, including coordination and testing in multiple environments.Contribute to the growth of the engineering team by actively participating in the hiring process, conducting interviews,
