As the Director of Development, you will report to the VP of Advancement and enhance Hillel Ontario’s fundraising efforts. This position requires a strategic, relationship-oriented professional dedicated to enhancing campus life and fostering community connections. Work collaboratively to create effective engagement programs for a diverse network of donors.

Key Responsibilities:



• Cultivate donor relationships through face-to-face engagement • Plan and run major community fundraisers and events • Manage the preparation and reporting of grant submissions • Analyze donor trends to improve fundraising strategies • Develop tools for broader donor engagement across staff

Requirements: • 5+ years in fundraising and development • Experience with major gift solicitation • Solid skills in data-driven decision-making • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities • Established connections within the Greater Toronto Area
