The organization operates within a global investment and pension environment with broad cross-functional exposure.
Permanent, Toronto, 4 days/ week, Working Hours: EST
Must Haves 10+ years in technology leadership focused on data analytics and AI implementation
SQL and Python working knowledge
AI platforms , data platforms , and emerging technologies expertise
Technology business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders on business-aligned technology outcomes
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA, Technology) preferred
Nice to Have Experience across HR, Finance, or Real Estate/Public/Private Investments domains
Advanced degree in MBA or Technology
Build-versus-buy evaluation exposure for AI solutions




Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to internal business units on Data and AI initiatives
Collaborate with business and technology teams to develop technology roadmaps for Data and AI solutions
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate customer value
Lead and mentor customer success and innovation professionals
Support the adoption of AI tools and AI-augmented workflows across the organization
Assess the business impact of emerging technologies in data and analytics
Perform research and competitive analysis for build-versus-buy AI solution recommendations
