The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of aviation training experience and a solid understanding of regulatory standards.

Requirements:
• Degree in Aviation, Business, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years aviation training experience
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Tableau, and data analysis
• Experience in change management frameworks
