Embrace a 12-month structured program as a Registered Nurse. The experience is divided into two essential phases: Enhanced Orientation with a Clinical Guide for personalized learning and Independent Practice with ongoing mentorship. You'll develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring well-being across communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing services to various populations
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving for patient safety
• Teach, counsel, and advocate for patients' needs
• Lead efforts in health promotion and wellness
• Deliver quality, patient-centered care reflecting organizational values
Requirements:
• Completed accredited nursing education program
• Active registration or eligibility for practice permit
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Graduated within the last 12 months from nursing program
• Not currently in a regular position with AHS
Experience growth and support as you start your nursing journey in High Level.
