About the Role As a SaaS Practice Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for onboarding and training new employees on our platform. You’ll deliver high-impact software demonstrations, guide clinics through implementation, and ensure they achieve measurable success with BoomerangFX. This role is a critical link between sales and customer success, helping new employees' transition smoothly and adopt our technology to grow the business. You’ll manage multiple SMB accounts, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure every client has a seamless experience.
We are seeking a proven clinic operations leader with direct experience managing multi-provider practices, owning EMR workflows, patient intake, scheduling, billing, and the end-to-end patient experience.




Responsibilities Lead live software training sessions for new internal teams
Own the onboarding process for your portfolio of accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Develop training materials and workflow plans
Stay current on product updates and act as a subject matter expert
Transition clients to Customer Success once onboarding is complete
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences, or related field
Required Skills 3-5 years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer success
Proven experience managing clinic operations, EMR workflows, patient intake, scheduling, billing, and end-to-end patient experience
Experience with healthcare SaaS, MedSpa, EMR, CRM (HubSpot preferred), or Martech platforms and private-pay revenue workflows
Solid communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Technical aptitude and comfort with remote training tools
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus
Equity: Eligible to participate in BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after 6 months
