Your main responsibilities:

Actively listen to clients and support them with empathy throughout their claims process

Analyze needs and propose solutions Tailored solutions

Process requests for modifications, renewals, and cancellations

Optimize coverage by identifying relevant opportunities for the client

Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in record keeping

Diploma(s)
AEC in Property and Casualty Insurance or DEC in Insurance and Financial Services Consulting. *Each year of missing studies must be compensated by one year of relevant experience*

Required Certification(s) and Professional Title(s)
Property and Casualty Insurance Individuals – Agent or Broker (AMF)

Salary and perks to be determined based on experience and education

Telework or hybrid work, based in our Thetford or Quebec City offices
