Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Organizational Change Management (OCM) to drive enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives using Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.

Join a complex enterprise transformation initiative focused on the implementation, migration, adoption, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions. This role combines end-to-end project delivery with Organizational Change Management leadership across planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user adoption activities. The position supports enterprise-wide modernization efforts spanning Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.

Contract, Calgary, Working Hours: MST

Must Haves

10+ years leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives as a Project Manager , Change Manager , or PM/OCM Lead

Delivery of large-scale Microsoft 365 implementation, migration, and optimization projects across Exchange Online , SharePoint Online , Teams , and OneDrive for Business

Project management expertise across planning and execution , budget management , risk and issue management , resource coordination , quality assurance , and governance and reporting

Organizational Change Management (OCM) including stakeholder engagement , executive communications , training strategy , user adoption programs , and resistance management

Experience leading data migrations from legacy platforms to cloud-based environments with emphasis on security , compliance , and data integrity

Nice to Have

Consulting experience

Prosci, Change Management, PMP, Agile, or related certifications

Experience developing adoption metrics and measuring business outcomes





Experience supporting M365 troubleshooting and vendor escalations

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementation, integration, optimization, and migration initiatives

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and quality outcomes

Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle

Develop and execute change management strategies supporting M365 adoption

Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness activities

Create and coordinate training programs, user support resources, and adoption campaigns

Lead migration planning and business engagement activities for legacy-to-cloud transformations
