This full-time, seasonal role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience operating finishing graders, particularly Cat 14M and Cat 14H models. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of civil construction principles and be comfortable working under tight timelines on varying site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate motor grader for exact surface finishing
• Read site plans and interpret survey markings
• Communicate effectively with gravel truck operators
• Collaborate with foremen, surveyors, and operators
• Conduct daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in road construction grading
• Ability to achieve grade tolerances within millimeters
• Valid Class 5 driver's license; Class 3 or 1 is an asset
• Safety certifications such as CSTS or First Aid preferred
• Physically fit for long shifts in various weather
