Step into a key role at Voyageur Aviation Corp. as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer located in Kingston, Ontario. This full time position ensures compliant aircraft maintenance and inspection practices in line with company standards.
Reporting to the Manager of Line Maintenance, you'll utilize your expertise in aircraft systems maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and a valid AME license. In this position, you will also instruct other engineers and maintain the base inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and maintenance on aircraft systems
• Diagnose and resolve structural and mechanical defects
• Maintain and manage base inventory inventory safely
• Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations
• Audit and approve maintenance work post-completion
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
• Valid AME license (Category M1 at minimum)
• Background in Diamond aircraft is an asset
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Flexibility to work varying schedules
