Key Responsibilities:
• Lead estimating activities in preconstruction and active phases
• Validate project estimates against IFC drawings




• Develop pricing strategies and assess construction execution options
• Prepare accurate change order pricing and labour estimates

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience
