Wonderbrands is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership over a production shift in our quick-paced bakery environment. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure that production directives are met safely and on time while upholding quality standards.
You will lead by example, mentor team members, conduct pre-shift briefings, and coordinate schedules and labor across departments to keep production running smoothly. Flexibility to work various shifts is essential.
