Key Responsibilities:
• Offer expert advice on crop management and fertilizer
• Perform proactive visits and assessments on farms
• Collect and analyze soil and tissue samples




• Assist during peak seasons with customer relations

Requirements:
• Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, or related fields
• Certified Crop Advisor or the willingness to achieve certification
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and good driving record
• Strong foundation in agricultural retail experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
