Reporting directly to the Director of Accessibility and Student Wellness, you will perform vital administrative functions within a supportive team. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, intake forms, and communication channels, as well as maintaining confidentiality for sensitive information. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide receptionist services for inquiries in-person and by phone
• Schedule appointments and maintain staff schedules
• Organize doctor clinics and manage insurance paperwork
• Prepare lab forms and handle medical supplies
• Maintain confidentiality in all administrative matters
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; admin training preferred
• Minimum one year of related experience
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain Mental Health First Aid certification
