Shape the future of transit as an Integrated Control & Safety Systems (ICSS) and SCADA Engineer at WSP in Canada. Your role will involve designing advanced control systems for transportation infrastructure.

In this position within WSP’s Rail & Transit team, you will drive the implementation of creative control system designs across critical projects. Working under the guidance of the Lead Engineer, you’ll ensure that designs adhere to industry standards while supporting various project needs and coordinates technical strategies with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop monitoring strategies for rail control subsystems
• Prepare control layout drawings and system narratives
• Manage project-specific Bills of Materials




• Generate design reports and technical specifications
• Assist in project commissioning and troubleshooting tasks

Requirements:
• Engineering degree from an accredited university
• Minimum five years’ experience in control systems
• Extensive knowledge of PLCs and DCS architectures
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols
• P.Eng. designation or ability to acquire it soon
