About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client, an employee-owned national general contractor with a busy and growing Ontario Buildings group, we are searching for an Operations Manager to lead their major ICI projects across the province. This is a chance to own complex, high-value builds from preconstruction through handover, with a team that takes the work seriously and enjoys the ride.

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:

You Have Done the Heavy Lifting. You have delivered large-scale ICI projects with a reputable general contractor, carrying builds from preconstruction through closeout. You know the realities of schedule pressure, cost control, and stakeholder management at scale

You Bring Sector Range, or the Appetite for It. Experience across some of complex ICI environments is a real asset.
