As a pivotal part of the Senior Management team, the General Manager is responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This role demands expertise in talent management, financial oversight, and quality improvement. Your leadership will foster a respectful environment that meets the needs of residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead interdisciplinary teams in sourcing and mentoring talent
• Ensure compliance with provincial and accreditation standards
• Develop and manage operational budgets effectively




• Cultivate positive relationships with residents and families
• Drive engagement and team-building initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum five years of health management experience
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary team environments
• Solid understanding of LTC operations and regulations
• Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu preferred
