Description As a Banquet Bartender, you play a key front-of-house role in elevating every event—from corporate functions to weddings and social celebrations. With your strong knowledge of beverages, attention to detail, and engaging personality, you create a lively and welcoming bar experience for every guest. You thrive in a fast-paced banquet environment, balancing efficiency with genuine hospitality to ensure smooth, seamless service.
You love people and enjoy a crowd, but prefer the structured energy of banquet events over a traditional lounge setting. With your knowledge of current liquor, wine, and cocktail trends, you craft quality beverages while maintaining a professional and organized bar. You multitask with ease, ensuring guests are served promptly and responsibly while keeping the event running flawlessly. As a Banquet Bartender you will:

Deliver Professional Service – Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately when required and follow all established policies and procedures.
Maintain Cleanliness & Organization – Keep the bar area, glassware, and service stations clean, sanitary, and well-stocked throughout the event.
Efficiently clean and reset the bar after each function.
Promote Safety & Compliance – Follow all local liquor laws and hotel policies regarding alcohol service. Monitor guest consumption, ensure safe service practices, and involve management when necessary.
