In this position, you will lead HSE initiatives to foster a safe workplace through strategic policy development and training. Your expertise will contribute to the organization's commitment to quality and accountability, ensuring that all team members are well-informed and equipped to maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs
• Educate and raise awareness of HSE policies
• Conduct evaluations and revisions of current processes
• Facilitate incident root cause analysis
• Provide HSE training and track compliance

Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related
• At least 3 years of hands-on HSE experience
• Proven ability to influence and lead teams
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
