This full-time role reports to the Associate Vice President of Fundraising Marketing and centers on achieving annual goals for the Leadership Giving program. The Manager will manage relationships with donors contributing between $1,000 and $5,000 annually. A strong emphasis on strategic planning and personalized engagement is essential to foster long-term donor commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cultivation and stewardship efforts for leadership donors
• Secure annual revenue through effective personal solicitation
• Develop strategic engagement plans for assigned donors




• Monitor and report on donor portfolio performance
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful fundraising initiatives

Requirements:
• 5+ years in fundraising and donor management
• Proven success in securing mid-level or major gifts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Blackbaud
