Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety training programs
• Design and implement comprehensive training solutions




• Lead Training Coordinators and collaborate with departments
• Evaluate and assess ongoing training programs
• Revise and create essential training materials

Requirements:
• Minimum eight years of mining or training expertise
• Understanding of Project and Change Management
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite®
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Experience with training documentation preferred
