Drive innovation as an Informatica and Databricks Data Architect in Brampton, ON, working 4 days onsite. Focus on designing data platforms using Databricks Lakehouse, Spark, and PySpark.

As a pivotal member of the team, you'll lead the transition of data processes from Informatica PowerCenter to a contemporary Databricks framework. Your role involves collaboration with diverse teams to ensure effective data governance, security, and best practices while optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of scalable data platforms leveraging Databricks
• Architect data pipelines in Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments
• Drive ETL modernization efforts from Informatica to Databricks
• Establish data governance and security protocols




• Collaborate with business and technical teams for seamless integration

Requirements:
• Strong skills in Databricks, Spark, PySpark, and SQL
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS/IDMC
• Background in data warehousing and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and Git
• Certifications in Databricks or relevant cloud platforms are a plus
