Echelon Insurance is seeking an Intermediate Claims Adjuster specializing in long haul trucking and cargo. In this role, you will manage claims processes and ensure exceptional service for clients.

Your expertise will shine as you guide insured individuals through their claims at Echelon. You'll respond to clients and service providers via communication, manage claims payments, and identify fraud risks. This position requires proficiency in insurance legislation and strong negotiation skills to resolve claims efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through the claims process with expertise
• Respond to communications from clients and providers
• Issue claims payments and post reserves




• Analyze insurance policies and identify fraud issues
• Coordinate with Underwriting and Accounting departments

Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma completed
• 2+ years in personal auto claims handling
• 3-5 years experience in commercial trucking claims
• Knowledge of MS Office and Guidewire Claims Center
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities
