You will focus on sourcing ideal candidates for various roles, while enhancing FNHA's recruitment standards and processes. Your experience will be critical in managing high-volume recruitment needs and implementing cutting-edge technological solutions in the HR arena.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle recruitment in alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and oversee recruitment standards and processes
• Collaborate with managers to identify strategic recruitment needs
• Engage in proactive candidate sourcing and networking techniques
• Evaluate and enhance current recruitment systems and practices
Requirements:
• Degree in human resources or related field
• 5 to 7 years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Experience in staffing agency or executive search an asset
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM preferred
• Proficiency in behavioral interviewing techniques
Drive impactful recruitment initiatives and shape hiring practices at FNHA while promoting First Nations, Inuit, and Métis representation.
