Fresh Prep seeks a skilled Facilities and Maintenance Technician dedicated to the upkeep of our systems and equipment. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while focusing on continuous improvement. This role requires hands-on experience to support the organization's commitment to safe and effective food delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and plumbing issues
• Conduct inspections of mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
