Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate services for residents within the nursing neighbourhood
• Lead shift reports for all healthcare team members
• Record significant changes in residents' health status
• Process physician orders efficiently and accurately
• Communicate any issues with orders to leadership promptly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Valid registration with provincial nursing authority
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and legislation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
