Shape patient care as a Dietitian at Nova Scotia Health in Eastern Zone. This full time, casual position focuses on nutritional health and dietetics across various healthcare services.

You will provide expert dietary recommendations while working within a collaborative healthcare team to address patient needs holistically. This role supports the identification and treatment of malnutrition through evidence-based practices, fostering educational experiences for Dietetic students as well. Your proficiency in enteral and parenteral nutrition management is valuable in this dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on comprehensive dietary practices
• Implement medical nutrition therapy and evaluations
• Collaborate with professionals for patient-centered care




• Mentor Dietetic Practicum students during their training
• Employ evidence-based foundations in dietetic practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition required
• Completion of Dietetic Internship Program essential
• Current NSRD registration or eligibility required
• Minimum one year dietitian experience preferred
• Competency in dietary management and patient counseling
