This role requires local travel to patients' homes or skilled nursing facilities, appointing them high-quality mobile care without the need for prior experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Select and perform necessary tests for patients
• Conduct wound care procedures according to care plans




• Define and document patient diagnoses accurately

• Notate findings and treatment in patient charts

Requirements:
• Current NP or PA license in Colorado
• CPR certification required
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license for local travel
