Ferrovial's Webber division is looking for a Traffic Safety Specialist to manage highway incidents and coordinate responses. You will play a vital role in facilitating communication between authorities during emergencies while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This job will also involve assessing roadway conditions and implementing safety measures to prevent accidents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with police and emergency services during incidents
• Provide updates and information through radio communication
• Complete all incident reports and maintain records
• Manage detour routes during road closures or incidents
• Document third-party claims with supporting paperwork
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is a must
• Minimum 2 years in highway maintenance and traffic control
• Valid Class DZ driver’s license required
• Must possess OTM BOOK 7 certification
• Strong skills in using computer systems for documentation
