As a Contracts Manager at Aecon, you will support the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension project. You will provide contractual advice and collaborate closely with the project management team to mitigate risks and achieve optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the Prime Contract Commercial Management Plan
• Manage change management and dispute resolution processes
• Advise on contract obligations and risk mitigation




• Train project staff on contract processes and requirements
• Coordinate closeout processes for prime contracts

Requirements:
• Minimum undergraduate degree in engineering or related discipline
• At least 10 years in contract management for major projects
• Experience in claims management and project controls
• Minimum 5 years managing prime contracts
• Robust communication and leadership skills
