In this role, you will plan and prepare schedules for fabrication, installation, and maintenance, collaborating with Site Managers to ensure all projects are executed smoothly. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior planners, managing resources, and improving scheduling processes for better compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with project teams to develop accurate schedules
• Handle administrative duties and approvals as needed
• Mentor junior schedulers for their skilled growth
• Recommend safety-focused improvements to scheduling processes
• Lead project initiation and evaluate contractor schedules
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in industrial scheduling roles
• Experience with MS Projects and/or Primavera software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulations and technical specifications
• Relevant post-secondary degree or training
