Key Responsibilities:



• Assess and document mental health status and risks • Develop and implement individualized care plans • Facilitate therapeutic education and support groups • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans • Record findings in patient health records

Requirements: • Minimum three to five years experience in pediatric care • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Active member of Alberta nursing organizations • Familiarity with applicable privacy laws • Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
