Our client is looking for a HubSpot Solutions Engineer to lead the delivery of complex Enterprise implementations from discovery through execution.

This is a post-sales, client-facing role — no quota, no selling, and no upselling. You’ll serve as the technical lead, helping Enterprise clients design and execute sophisticated HubSpot solutions.

What you’ll bring:

- Deep HubSpot Enterprise experience, with Data Hub / Operations Hub Enterprise required. Experience across multiple Hubs is a major plus.
- Strong background in client discovery, solution strategy, architecture, and delivery.
- Technical experience with complex integrations, migrations, APIs, and custom-built solutions. You don’t need to be a developer,



but you should understand how integrations and APIs work.
- Ability to lead client engagements, manage timelines, and drive biweekly sprint-based delivery alongside developers and client-side IT teams.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions.
- Education from a Canadian college or university is required.
