This role is an exciting opportunity to work on a brand‑current rental development, in a prime location next to Orchard Park Mall and Mission Creek Regional Park. A variety of studio, one, two, and three‑bedroom homes are currently available to lease across three buildings, and the community will include a range of life‑style‑enhancing amenities.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcoming and offering hospitality to visitors/prospective residents and registering them as guests.Establish rapport with visitors/prospective residents,



gathering information about their current living situations and what they are looking for.Maintain standards throughout rental offices and display suites in terms of professionalism, cleanliness, and organization.Perform administrative duties including data entry and emailing daily reports.Document all prospective tenant interactions in the appropriate database or software.Open and close display suites as needed.Distribute Rental Centre signage with balloons.Represent Pacific Cove Properties in a professional manner.Coordinate team appointment schedules and proactively follow up with prospects to schedule appointments.Required Skillset & ExperienceStrong computer skills: confident in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook (CRM experience a bonus).Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal.Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.Strong follow‑up skills.Exercising tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.Salary$20 – $27 per hourApply Today!Apply today!#J-18808-Ljbffr
