Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will focus on enhancing the employee experience throughout their lifecycle.

Your role merges traditional HR functions with strategic data analysis, ensuring productive operations and compliance. This role requires 2+ years of HR experience and a passion for creating a positive workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate recruitment, performance, and offboarding processes
- Maintain confidentiality in employee records and policies
- Guide employees on People and Culture programs
- Analyze workforce metrics to inform decisions
- Optimize digital HR tools for better user experience Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related areas
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience required
- Knowledge of HRIS and process improvement techniques
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
