In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of online features, primarily developing custom backend services and implementing the necessary game client logic, partnering with designers, artists, and producers to create seamless connected experiences. We value technical depth, a collaborative mindset, and adaptability as our team and technology evolve together.What You Will DoDesign and build scalable backend services to support online featuresDevelop the client-side systems in C++ needed for the online features in Unreal EngineImplement comprehensive monitoring and alerting for your servicesPartner with design, art, and production to shape online featuresWrite clean, performant, and well-tested codeMentor team members and contribute to engineering cultureConduct code reviews to uphold quality and consistencyWhat Will Make You A Great Fit5+ years of software engineering experience in game developmentProficiency in C++, Go, and PythonStrong understanding of distributed systems and networking protocolsExperience building online or multiplayer game systemsExperience working with relational databases (e.G.,
