Position: Identity Access Management Consultant - Junior
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid - 1 day/week onsite) - Office: 525 University Avenue

Job Description:

Must Have:

- 2-3 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) development experience
- Very good knowledge of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth protocols
- Knowledge of system integration using standard APIs and protocols
- Knowledge of network connectivity, including firewalls and DNS
- Knowledge of software development processes
- Experience providing technical support directly to clients/customers with varying levels of technical expertise
- Knowledge of TLS/SSL and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Ability to clearly articulate technical issues and provide options for resolution
- Strong technical documentation skills, including design/architecture documents, deployment guides, integration guides, and physical application design documents
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Skills and Competencies:

Identity & Access Management:

- Experience with IAM development and integration




- Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
- Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
- Oracle Identity Management (OIM)
- Oracle Adaptive Authentication Manager (OAAM)
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with ONE ID / SSO environments

Authentication & Security:
- Strong knowledge of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth
- Knowledge of SAML is an asset
- Solid understanding of TLS/SSL, PKI, and SSO
- Knowledge of secure authentication and authorization workflows

Integration & Infrastructure:
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and standard protocols
- Knowledge of network connectivity, firewalls, and DNS
- Experience collaborating with networking and infrastructure teams
- OpenShift and AWS experience is an asset

Client Support & Documentation:
- Experience providing technical support to clients during IAM integration
- Ability to troubleshoot technical integration issues and recommend solutions
- Experience producing technical design, architecture, deployment, and integration documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Development & Tools:
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Suite
- SAML experience
- IAM software development experience
