Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure authorizations and compliance for all maintenance
- Lead instruction and mentoring for apprentices
- Accurately document maintenance activities

- Follow health and safety regulations diligently
Requirements:
- Transport Canada AME M licence (M1 or M2 rated)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on rotary wing aircraft
- Robust problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
