In this full-time role, you will support The Mustard Seed's mission by offering clinical counselling to residents dealing with mental health and substance use challenges. Collaborating with the Health & Wellness team, you will conduct assessments and develop personalized wellness plans that lead clients toward improved well-being and housing stability.

Your expertise will also help cultivate partnerships with community services for comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide case management and clinical counselling services
- Maintain client documentation for compliance and accountability




- Facilitate case consultations with internal and external partners
- Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based counselling methods
- Participate in team meetings to promote collaboration

Requirements:

- Master's degree in counselling or social work
- 1-2 years of relevant experience with vulnerable populations
- Understanding of mental health treatment protocols
- Ability to manage independent judgments and decisions
- Legal authorization to work full time in Canada
