Responsibilities:

- Assist with general labour tasks on job sites in and around the Victoria/Langford area
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support team members with day-to-day operational tasks as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment at all times
- Follow health and safety protocols and company procedures on every job
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on site

Requirements:

- Previous general labour or construction experience is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Valid driver's licence is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Comfortable working in varying weather and job site conditions
- Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
