Requirements:

Exploration des traditions juridiques autochtones à partir des différentes sources. Discussions sur les fondements et la philosophie du droit autochtone. Participation des gardiens du savoir autochtone pour situer les notions et les concepts juridiques autochtones. Exemples des traditions juridiques existantes notamment au Canada et au Québec.

Additional Information and/or Comments: 6 séances préparatoires : 15 et 22 septembre, 6, 13 et 20 octobre et 1er décembre -Camp d’automne intensif sur Nitakinan (territoire anicinabe) : 29 octobre au 1er novembre 2026 au Lac Simon en Abitibi
