Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist – 22-Month Contract

My top client in the healthcare industry is looking for a strong Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 22-month contract, covering a maternity leave.

- Start Date: Ideally mid-November 2026
- Contract: 22 months, with approximately 1 month of overlap and training
- Location: Ottawa/Gatineau – preference for candidates local to the Ottawa area
- Work Model: Primarily remote; approximately 3 days per month in-office, including every second Tuesday, in-person interviews, quarterly meetings and team events
- Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Salary: Based on level of experience - flexible for the right candidate

The Role

You will work closely with another experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting a diverse range of recruitment needs across the organization. Requisition volumes typically range from 5–12 positions at a time, with roles spanning:

- Leadership and management
- Coordinators and administrative positions
- Member Service Representatives
- Membership Administrators




- Bilingual Call Centre roles

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience; 5–6+ years preferred
- Strong full-cycle recruitment experience
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities
- Healthcare experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills
