Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Surrey, BC. This role is ideal for an experienced manufacturing, plant, warehouse, or industrial operations leader who enjoys staying close to the floor while guiding teams, improving workflow, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.

As the Production Supervisor, you will report to the Plant Manager and oversee daily plant and warehouse operations, including safety, quality, productivity, staffing, training, and frontline performance. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate daily activities for plant and warehouse personnel,



including assigning priorities and managing workflow.
- Monitor production targets, quality standards, safety performance, attendance, and staffing allocation.
- Train, coach, and support employees on job tasks, equipment use, safety practices, and operational expectations.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and implement corrective actions to maintain productivity and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality teams to support smooth plant operations.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, equipment, attendance, and operational records.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Location: Surrey, BC.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential adjustments based on business needs.
