Salary Range
$31.14 to $34.96 hourly. Salary and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Student Affairs and Services, you'll lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of campus health promotion initiatives that support the wellbeing, safety and success of our diverse student population.
Working collaboratively with campus and community partners, you'll contribute to initiatives focused on health promotion, food insecurity, sexual violence prevention, consent education, safer substance use, student wellbeing and harm reduction. WHAT IT TAKES
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, Health Education, Public Health, Social Work, or related field together with a minimum of two years related work experience. Master's Degree in related field preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing student-focused, holistic health promotion and/or sexual violence prevention programming that supports student learning, wellbeing and success using evidence informed and best-practices approaches.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in the design and delivery of educational programming, workshops, campaigns and resource materials. Previous experience in formal curriculum development would be an asset.
- Knowledge of sexual violence prevention strategies, consent education,
harm reduction principles and familiarity with relevant provincial and post-secondary policies/mandates.

Additional Information
- This full time, temporary position is available starting September 15, 2026 to March 31, 2027. Hours of work will typically be scheduled Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- This position is required to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs
- Shift days and times may change depending on operational needs
- Evening and occasional weekend work may be required.
- The position is located at the New Westminster campus; and will be required to work at all Douglas College campuses and offsite locations
