Role

In this role, you will co-ordinate the flow of information across departments to prepare weekly assignment schedules for production and presentation staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and build weekly schedules for production and presentation staff to meet operational requirements; co-ordinate schedule updates, verify information, notify affected staff and manage coverage for absences.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts based on staff availability; flag potential programming or operational issues to management, review available options, suggest alternatives and implement adjustments.
- Complete the appropriate forms and documents; prepare the necessary correspondence and reports based on available information, following up as required.
- Familiarize other people with their jobs by explaining your own duties.

This is an on call position.

This role requires full-time on-site presence.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:





- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience performing similar or related duties.

Skills:

- Fluency in French (working language).
- Knowledge of English.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Broad general knowledge base.
