Job Summary

A North Vancouver based organization is seeking a Product Data Entry Administrator for an 18-month contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative and data professional who enjoys working with product information, ERP systems, reporting, and inventory-related data.

As the Product Data Entry Administrator, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate product specifications, pricing, categorization, packaging data, and website product setup within the ERP system. Key Responsibilities

- Enter,



update, and maintain product specifications, pricing, and product categorization in the ERP system.
- Set up website product information through the ERP system to ensure accurate product display online.
- Prepare monthly reports related to sell-through, inventory, vendor lead times, and vendor sell-out activity.
- Conduct internal system audits to support data accuracy, consistency, and standardization.
- Maintain databases for packaging materials and complete multi-material reporting for government institutions.
- Support inventory replenishment planning by analyzing data and assisting the Planner as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: Up to $50,000 per year.
