Flexible Role | Full-Time or Part-Time | Winnipeg, MB

We’re looking for a motivated, organized and personable individual to join a busy Winnipeg real estate business in a flexible role that can be built around the strengths of the right person.

All applications and inquiries will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and privacy. We understand that many candidates may currently be employed or working within the real estate industry, and your interest in this opportunity will be handled discreetly.

You do not need to be an experienced Realtor, licensed assistant and administrative expert all rolled into one.

We’re open to meeting:

- An up-and-coming real estate agent looking to learn, grow their business and gain hands-on experience
- A licensed real estate assistant who enjoys both client interaction and behind-the-scenes organization
- An administrative superstar who is highly organized, tech-savvy and interested in the real estate industry
- Someone who combines pieces of all three

The responsibilities, hours and compensation structure can be tailored depending on your experience, licensing, availability and career goals.

What the Role Could Include

Depending on your background, responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with active real estate listings and transactions
- Preparing listing paperwork, documents and marketing materials
- Coordinating appointments, photography, showings and client follow-up
- Managing CRM records, databases and transaction checklists
- Communicating with buyers, sellers, lawyers and other industry professionals

- Helping prepare properties for market and coordinating listing launches
- Assisting with open houses and client events
- Social media, online marketing and basic content creation
- Following up with prospective buyers and sellers
- Working with incoming leads and potential clients
- Showing properties and assisting buyers, if licensed
- Helping improve systems, processes and day-to-day organization

Who We're Looking For

The ideal person is someone who:

- Is exceptionally organized and dependable
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is comfortable with technology and learns new systems quickly
- Can work independently without needing constant direction
- Has strong attention to detail
- Enjoys working with people
- Is comfortable in a fast-moving workplace where priorities can change
- Takes initiative and looks for solutions
- Wants an opportunity to grow rather than simply complete a list of assigned tasks

Real estate experience is an asset, but not necessarily required.

A Manitoba real estate licence is an asset, but not required for the right candidate.

For Someone Building a Real Estate Career

If you're newly licensed or building your real estate business,

this could be an opportunity to work closely inside an established real estate operation while developing your own skills, experience and client base.

Rather than trying to figure everything out on your own, you'll gain exposure to listings, buyers, marketing, lead generation, transaction management and the systems involved in running a productive real estate business.

Compensation & Schedule

We are deliberately keeping this flexible.

Depending on the candidate, compensation could include:

- Hourly or salaried compensation
- Part-time or full-time hours
- Base compensation plus performance incentives
- Commission opportunities for licensed candidates
- A combination of administrative compensation and real estate income

We're more interested in finding the right person and building the right role around them than forcing someone into a predetermined job description.

Interested?

Tell us a little about yourself, your experience and what you're looking for next.

If you're licensed in real estate, let us know where you are in your career and what you'd like to build.

If you're not licensed, tell us what makes you an exceptional administrator, coordinator or client-service professional.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is organized, ambitious, trustworthy and interested in becoming an important part of a growing real estate business.

Pay: $36,681.88-$151,493.09 per year

Benefits:

- Flexible schedule
- On-site parking

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Real Estate License (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
